How TSR Pusoy Dos handles your preferences, your online games, and the ads that keep it free.

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TSR Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the TSR Pusoy Dos mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

App preferences. The App stores your display name, sound, haptics, AI difficulty, and other settings locally on your device. This information is never transmitted off your device and is removed automatically if you uninstall the App.

Online multiplayer. If you choose to host or join an online game, the App uses Firebase (a Google service) to synchronize game state between players in your room. To do this, the App signs you in anonymously — no email, password, or personal account is created or required. Other players in the same room can see the display name you’ve chosen and your in-game actions (cards played, passes, etc.) for the duration of that game; your actual hand of cards is never visible to anyone but you. This data is governed by Google’s own privacy practices:

Advertising data. The App displays ads served through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and other technical information as described in Google’s own privacy policy. By default, the App requests non-personalized ads. This data collection is performed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google’s privacy practices:

Purchases. The App offers an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information — that data is handled solely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above solely to operate the App’s core features: saving your preferences, synchronizing online games between players, displaying ads, and processing optional purchases. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your preferences or online gameplay data for any purpose beyond making the App work.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy and terms:

Google Firebase — online multiplayer (authentication, game state sync, presence)
Google AdMob — ad serving
Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing

We do not control how these third parties handle data and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.

Your Choices

You can change or clear your display name at any time in the App’s Settings.
You can limit ad personalization through your device’s advertising settings (for example, “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or “Limit Ad Tracking” / App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
You can purchase “Remove Ads” within the App to stop ads from being shown entirely.
You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored preferences from your device. Online rooms are temporary and are not tied to any persistent account.

Data Security

Online game data is transmitted and stored via Firebase’s infrastructure, secured according to Google’s own practices, and access to any single seat’s private hand is restricted to that seat alone. Data handled by other third-party services (AdMob, Apple, Google Play) is secured according to their respective practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date above. Your continued use of the App after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
