TSR Apps LLC (“TSR Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TSR CCNA Prep mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

Summary

TSR CCNA Prep is a CCNA 200-301 exam study app. Your progress — lesson completion, quiz history, flashcard progress, and subnetting drill stats — is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. We don’t require an account, and we don’t collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. The App does display ads (Google AdMob) and offers an optional one-time “Unlock Full Access” purchase (processed directly by the App Store / Google Play), which removes ads and unlocks all domains, quizzes, flashcards, and the full mock exam. This purchase involves limited data collection described below.

Information We Collect

Information stored only on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device, using standard on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to TSR Apps and we have no access to it:

Lesson and domain completion progress
Quiz and mock exam history and scores
Flashcard progress
Subnetting drill statistics
App preferences (sound, theme, and similar settings)

This data is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App, or manually if you use the “Reset All Progress” option in the App’s Settings screen.

Information collected by third-party services

The App uses a small number of third-party services to display ads and process purchases. These services may collect information as described below and in their own privacy policies.

Advertising (Google AdMob). The App displays banner ads via Google AdMob. To serve and measure these ads, Google’s SDK may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier (the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”), or the Android Advertising ID), general device and app information (including crash and performance diagnostics), approximate location (such as IP-based location), and ad interaction data.

On iOS, the App asks for your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before requesting a personalized ad using your IDFA. If you decline, or on Android, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you. You can review or reset your device’s advertising identifier and ad personalization settings at any time in your device’s system settings. In-app purchases (Apple and Google). The App offers an optional one-time “Unlock Full Access” purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple’s App Store or Google Play — TSR Apps never receives or stores your payment card information. To confirm your purchase and let you restore it on a new device, the App communicates directly with Apple’s or Google’s purchase records; no separate third-party purchase-management service is involved.

Information we do not collect

The App does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The App does not include any social features, chat, or user-generated content shared with other users.

How Information Is Used

Save and restore your progress on your own device
Display and measure advertising, and (where permitted) personalize ads
Process and remember your “Unlock Full Access” purchase, and let you restore it on a new device
Diagnose crashes and technical problems, and improve the App

Children’s Privacy

TSR CCNA Prep is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

Your Choices

Local progress data: Uninstall the App, or use “Reset All Progress” in the Settings screen, to delete locally stored progress at any time.
Ad personalization: Adjust your device’s ad tracking and personalization settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS; Settings → Ads on Android), or decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
Purchases: Use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App’s Settings to reapply a previous purchase on a new device.

Your Rights (EEA, UK, and California Residents)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information held about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing, including opting out of the “sharing” of information for advertising purposes as those terms are defined under applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act).

Because progress data lives only on your device and TSR Apps has no server-side account system, most of these rights are exercised directly through the device controls described above. For requests relating to data processed by our third-party providers (Google AdMob, Apple, or Google), you may also contact those providers directly, or contact us and we’ll assist where we’re able to.

Data Retention

Locally stored progress data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information held by our third-party providers (Google, Apple) is retained according to their own respective policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
